I love suggestive paintings. By suggestive, I mean, when you don't render out every little detail, but keep your brushstrokes big, and suggest the motif. I always try to incorporate this in my work. And once in a while, I will go all out . Like in this piece.

About 40 mins. It's a really nice way be creative. I never really know where I am going when I do this.

Bay City

So, first sketchpost. I did this today. Took me about an hour, which seems an appropriate time. Sometimes I will take a lot longer, but I have decided to try to make a rule out of not spending too long on a sketch.
The perspective is a little off, but I don't really care.
